Information on Claim Forms in the general contracting conditions

Distance selling professionals or companies, such as electronic commerce among others, that do not have establishments or premises open to the public, but that operate within certain autonomous communities, must have complaint forms and They are obliged to inform consumers of their existence and how to access them.

For this reason, we recommend that E-COMERCE whose owners carry out their activity in one of these Autonomous Communities that require reporting on the existence of Claim Forms available to users or consumers, include this information in section 4 of claims of the general contracting conditions, an example of how to comply with this obligation could be as follows:

"4. CLAIMS AND ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
