BUYER'S RIGHTS AND RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us. All glues and preparations are certified in the European Community and we have the appropriate certificates.

Within 7 days after delivery of your purchase, an advisor will give you instructions to make the return or exchange. If you have questions, call us by phone, send us a WhatsApp, email, and we will be happy to help you.
All returned merchandise must be unused and still have the original tags attached. Once the merchandise is received and if everything is correct, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the items.
Once the return has been communicated and accepted by the seller, you have a period of 15 days to send us the product to be exchanged.
The customer may return any item purchased from the seller, as long as the products have not been used, are stained, and must retain their original seals or packaging.

In case the product is out of stock for end of stock, or because it is out of our catalogue, the customer may choose to exchange it for another of similar price and quality, or request a refund of the price paid for it.
In our family LASH SHOP CANARIAS we are taking the utmost care to protect our human team and clients. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis we have followed all the guidelines of the health authorities to minimize any risk. Among other measures, we have moved our team to work from home and have implemented high security measures in our warehouse.
If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake on the part of the Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

7.2.WARDROBING AND EXCESSIVE RETURNS
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations where a history of returns may be indicative of fraudulent activity. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine if we should refuse service in the future. Although we never want to turn away a customer, but we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers around the world.
LASH SHOP CANARIAS reserves the right to define and limit, reject and/or cancel customer orders at any time due to: An irregular or excessive return history indicative of «wardrobing«; An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or missing items. Possible fraudulent or criminal activity.
Likewise, LASH SHOP CANARIAS reserves the right to limit, reject and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to actions similar to those mentioned above.
